Sujith S Menon is a seasoned real estate strategist and capital markets specialist with over 25 years of proven experience across the UAE, India, and the wider GCC. His career spans leadership roles with globally renowned firms such as JLL, CBRE, Colliers, and GMR, where he led diverse mandates including BTS leasing, strategic consulting, hospitality asset management, valuation, equity placement, and development finance.

Raised in Dubai and born in Kerala, Sujith’s early life was shaped by a juxtaposition of cultural roots and modern ambition. His path was far from linear—marked by personal challenges, legal setbacks, and financial struggles. Yet through resilience and reinvention, he transitioned from hardship to high-stakes boardrooms, competing with global giants in the corporate real estate space.

As Founder of SevenDale Group, with operations in Dubai and Bangalore, Sujith has delivered transformative results in asset repositioning, portfolio optimization, and P&L enhancement. He has advised and represented leading organizations including Amazon, Citibank, Ericsson, and Emaar Malls. His professional affiliations include MRICS, CoreNet Global, and he is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode.
